Representation of the face of a young dark-skinned Tzotzil (an indigenous group from the Mayan area) with dark hair and a piercing look, who has on the mouth a metal chain fastened with a padlock with the acronym USA. The author has explained on different occasions that the piece emerged as a furious response to the 1954 Guatemalan coup d'état, a very aggressive intervention from the USA into Guatemala.
